Shipping times vary by country: 2-4 days for Romania/Greece, 3-5 days for most European countries, and 4-7 days for France/Italy/Spain. We ship from Bulgaria and provide tracking for every order.

We source directly from trusted farmers in China. While not all teas are certified organic, we prioritize quality and traditional growing methods. Origin and harvest information is provided for each tea.
